When you use a bicycle in KEK, please be conscious about the followings:

Bicycles left unused for an extended period of time may be confiscated and given away to others. This is the way to get a bit of order out of improperly parked bicycles that become an obstacle or eye sore. PLEASE have your name, phone number and affiliation painted on your bicycle clearly. If you will leave your bicycle for an extended period (say, over a month), make sure that someone on-site will periodically check your bicycle.

Bicycle-round-up operation will be done when too many are there. A warning tag will be attached to these bicycles telling you that you should remove it to a proper parking space in a month. After the warning period, they will just take it away from you.


You can borrow a bicycle from your work-related office and Users Office at KEK.
