セブンバンク Seven Bank
セブンーイレブン内などにあるセブン銀行のATM機で、海外の金融機関が発行したVISA, PLUS,
Maestro, Cirrus,American Express, JCB, UnionPay.のカードで、現金の引落しができます。
You can use with the card to which one mark of VISA , PLUS, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus,
American Express, JCB, UnionPay. You can use at more than 12,000 ATMs in Seven-Eleven.

郵便局 Post Office.
郵便局のATM機全てで海外の金融機関が発行した VISA ,VISAELECTRON, PLUS Maestro, Cirrus,
American Express, Diners Club, JCB, ChinaUnionpay.のカードで、現金の引落しができます。しかし、
１月１日から１月３日はATMの使用ができません。

郵便局では、郵便物の取り扱いと銀行業務（ＡＴＭサービス）を行っています。
通常の営業時間は、月曜日から金曜日の９：００から１７：００迄です。土曜日・日祭日と１２月３１日から１月３日はお休みです。

口座を開く時には、外国人登録証明書もしくは外国人登録現票記載事項証明書が必要です。外国人登録証明書を受取るまでに約３週間程かかります。外国人登録証明書申請時に外国人登録現票記載事項証明書を作成しておくと口座開設が早くできます。それから、口座を開設する時にキャッシュカードを作っておくと便利です。口座開設申込書の書き方は＜ここ＞

国際送金と外貨両替
International remittance and Foreign currency exchange
ゆうちょ銀行・国際送金取扱郵便局から外国に送金することができます。 また、筑波学園郵便局では
外貨両替ができます。
You can remit from the Yucho(Japan Post)Bank and also you can Foreign currency exchange in
the Tsukuba-gakuen Post Office.

米ドル両替は大穂支店と研究学園都市支店で出来ますが 海外への送金は研究学園都市支店のみでしかできません。海外送金手数料は約7,000円です。
Exchange is available with US dollars at the Oho Brabch and Kenkyu Gakuen Toshi Branch. But sending money oversea is available only Kenkyu Gakuen Toshi Branch. Transfer fee is about 7000yen.
